About Julie Tran.
In the midst of the social media chaos, I’m thrilled that you and I have found each other. And honestly, I don’t believe in coincidences.
Chances are, you’re here because you love your husband and want to make your marriage work. Yet you’re worn out from having the same arguments over and over again.
I want you to know that I get it. I’ve been there.
Perhaps, as you are scrolling through this post, you feel a mixture of emotions – frustration about not feeling seen or heard by your husband, and a longing for a better communication and a more joy in your marriage.
Sound about right? Well, I’m here to tell you that you’re not alone.
Here’s what I know about you.
Deep down,
- You’re value your quality of life. You’re not about just surviving it.
- You refuse to settle for a “this is as good as it gets” kind of marriage (which, let’s be real, is the average marriage, not the filtered pictures you see on instagram)
- Despite your professional success, you can’t seem to crack the code in your marriage.. leaving you both walking on eggshells to avoid getting in to arguments.
Perhaps you’ve tried the advice of Instagram relationship gurus, read countless books, soaked up podcasts, and even asked for guidance from friends.
And maybe, at best, the tips gave you a temporary fix. But, inevitably, you both slid back into those familiar, hurtful cycles that seem to push you further apart.
At worst, the well-intended advice ended up doing more damage than good.
Yet in your heart, you feel a nudge to keep seeking a better way.
If you’re nodding along, if you’re thinking, “This is me,” then you’re in the right place. Get ready, because we’re about to embark on an adventure together.

But first, allow me to introduce myself properly.
I’m a compassionate communication marriage coach. My mission? To help women like you lead their marriages to paradise. I’m not talking about sipping coconut water on a tropical island (honestly, who cares about that when you’re bickering on vacation?). I’m talking about achieving a state of peace, safety, and excitement within your everyday experience of married life. A state where you can resolve disagreements, no matter how big or small, peacefully, and quickly, so that you can get back to loving on each other and having fun. You with me?
About Julie Tran
Let’s backtrack a little and talk about why your marriage sometimes (or oftentimes) feels hard today: As modern women, we’re expected to be good at communication and marriage – two of the most important areas of life. Yet, we were never taught. Not in school. Not from our parents. The unfortunate irony is we have been engrained with the belief that asking for help, is shameful. For aspects of life this important, does that make any sense to you? It makes me angry, thinking about about all the wives, husbands, children suffering needlessly.
That’s where I step in.
I have a unique blend of experiences as a corporate executive turned marriage coach, a wife (15 years together), a former foster mom, and a homeowner turned full-time adventurous RV-lifer. On top of that, I’ve overcame battles with burnout, mental health and infertility.
Years ago, while climbing the corporate ladder, I had a “boojie” lifestyle, but my personal life with my husband felt really hard. Like considering divorce hard, even after I invested in tons of personal development work. On top of that, my husband was a hard NO to doing couples therapy. I felt completely stuck.

Until one day, it clicked. I discovered something pivotal that had been missing – the art and skill of compassionate communication.
Today, after 15 years together, we’re more in love than we were during our honeymoon stage. Of course, we still have tiffs, but we resolve them quickly and get back to LIFE. We get back to CHERISHING one another (Something we never even knew how to do before!) Mmmm….paradise.
My mission is to empower you to realize that you have the power to:
- Shift the dynamics of your marriage from just “okay” or full of tension, to a space of respect, passion, and fun.
- Influence how your husband responds to you by how you communicate with him. You become magnetic. Instead of shutting down, he leans in and wants MORE of you.
- Create the marriage you’ve always dreamed of. Yes, it’s not only possible, it can surpass even your wildest dreams.
About Julie Tran
All you have to do is be hungry to learn a new skill and be willing to step into the next version of yourself – as a magnetic, feminine leader.
And here’s the secret: You don’t need to wait for your husband to sign up for couples therapy. Plus, let’s be honest, it doesn’t work anyway! (A topic we’ll dive into in another post)
If you’re curious about my world of compassionate communication, stick around.
Let’s get to know each other better.
For now, let’s take it slow. Where are you reading from?
If you’ve made it this far, I’m celebrating the new future ahead you!
With love,
Julie
